While each events are detail oriented and characterized to fit your theme, our job is to customize fresh-from-farm seasonal and available flowers into a floral design work of art. We value your vision! With an extensive background in floral design and highly skilled design team, our service is unmatched when it comes to smooth, seamless execution.
Our average for full service weddings in 2023 is $7,500
We have the ability to create various designs including, but not limited to, bouquets and boutonnieres, wreaths made of peonies and jasmine vine, garlands of eucalyptus and garden roses, and a graceful headpiece of ranunculus blooms. We are open to creating anything that you have in mind! And while flowers are our first focus, they are just the beginning.

No. Because we value your unique style, our pricing is customized to fit your preference. The price on the mentioned contract is considered a minimum agreed budget. This will help us start the preparation process service which involves labor cost and gives us the ability to reserve a minimum order with the farm. Until the final month of the big day, we will finalize the final details. It is our job to help keep the minimum agreed budget to work. Unless there is an increase in floral design requirements, we will let you know the grand total of your event.

No. However, we break your payments into 3 portions. The 1st payment is to save the date. The 2nd payment is a percentage portion of your signed agreed minimum budget mentioned in the contract. The 3rd payment is the final invoice, based on your contract, and is typically sent within 21-30 days prior to the event date.

No. In an arrangement, we need a variety of flowers to create the look that we are producing for your event. We call it the “flower recipe”. Flower availability may affect your wedding day selection, based on the season your wedding is in. However, there are some exceptions based on your design and market available.

Yes. We understand that life gets in the way of us sometimes. You have a one-time date transfer within 90 days prior to the initial save-the-date.

No. Because our price proposal is a customized package price, we are unable to give you an itemized breakdown. If there are changes from your initial inquiry, we will recalculate the package quote for you.

On the day of, we will arrive between 2-4 hours prior to your guests’ arrival. For weddings, if we require a room flip, we will be sure to get the room ready according to our plans. Then we will return at the agreed time to do the teardown.

We have a one-time design revision at no charge after the save-the-date agreement is made. Please be aware that this may change the price of your customized package. For any subsequent revision, there is a $500 redesign fee.

Besides the customized package quote, the setup and teardown fee is various. This is based on the amount of setup and teardown items we need to transport and labor for.

Yes! We do our best to accommodate your vision. Many times we offer a café light installation to a twinkle light walkway to bring your vision to life.

OUR PROCESS
Our Process
01.
Customized Design Proposal
Once we've gathered some initial details, we'll create a detailed proposal and estimate to present our version of your floral fairytale and make sure it aligns with your vision. After you've had a chance to review your proposal, we'll set up a call to chat through anything that needs adjusting
02.
Fine Tune + Final Payment
About 30 days before the big day, we'll touch base to chat about any final changes, double check your order and make any necessary updates. We follow your planner's lead on scheduling your final meeting in person at a final walkthrough or virtually if desired.
03.
Save
The Date
Once you fall in love with the design, all that's left is to make it official! We'll lock in your date that requires a retain fee and a signed contract so that you can cross florals off your list!
04.
The Big Day!
Our job on the wedding day goes beyond delivering your floral arrangements. We design your ceremony arch by hand, place each and every arrangement and light every candle. We make certain that every detail is perfect, including repurposing any items from ceremony to reception before we depart. A typical installation time is a minimum of 6 hours on site.
